This is a common problem with the device's battery saver shutting down the app when the screen goes dark or the app is in the background. It's easily fixed, instructions for fixing it on each device known to do this: https://dontkillmyapp.com/

Hi Cipri, what browser are you using? The extension is tested in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. It may help to try it in a different browser.

We had a user report that they were unable to save loops, and the user managed to get the functionality back by going to Settings on their device, then under applications, selecting Music Speed Changer, and delete data. This clears the application…
